Minimum Age Restrictions:

To book a tattoo appointment you just be over the age of 18 years old with a valid form of photo ID.



Deposit Policy:

No booking will be held without a deposit being paid.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Your deposit will be forfeited if any of the following occur...

• No - show for an appointment
• Reschedule with less than 72 hours notice
• Reschedule the same appointment more than twice
• Arrive more than 30 minutes late
• Cannot produce a valid form of photo ID
• Decide not to get tattooed 

Rescheduling and Late arrival:

To reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 72 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new date.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are running late or need to reschedule.

If you are running 30 minutes late or more, without notice, your may forfeit your deposit, lose your appointment, and be required to rebook with a new deposit.

Touch Up Policy:

Touch ups are free if you have let me know 2 months after your original appointment and you have a 6 months to book in. (excluding hands and feet)
